Other modalities may be used based on Doctor's recommendation. This may include excercise rehab, shock wave therapy and more.

The Initial Acupuncture appointment visit includes:
• Discussion of full health history and quality of life assessment
• Discussion of chief complaint (s) and improvement goals
• Treatment plan recommendations including nutritional guidance and lifestyle modifications • 1 full session of Acupuncture treatment with infrared light + fire cupping

Dr. Mina Iskander DC

Over the past several years, Dr. Mina has worked effortlessly to perfect his craft in order to optimize the health of his patients with his chiropractic treatment.

Dr. Mina graduated from York University in 2011 and received a BSC in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science. In 2018 he earned a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine and Alternative Medicine at the Southern California University of Health Sciences. Dr. Mina’s education provided him with an extensive foundation of knowledge in the fields of anatomy, physiology, neuroscience, clinical nutrition, and rehabilitation.

The techniques used by Dr. Mina include: Spinal manipulative therapy, soft tissue therapy, Instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, motion palpation, post isometric relaxation (PIR), Manual Release technique (MRT), postural screening, exercise rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and electro-stimulation.
